Quilt Artists

Wendy Butler Berns is a quilt artist. Her work appears regularly in juried shows and galleries as well as private collections across the country. She also conducts teaching workshops and lectures about the art of quilting both regionally and nationally.

Claire Fenton is a quilt artist. She has won numerous regional and national awards in both art and quilting venues. She currently lives in Houma, Louisiana with her family.

Linda Carlson is a quilt teacher. She has taught throughout the United States for guilds, retreats, symposiums, and large quilt shows such as the "American Quilter's Society Show". She has also judged quilt shows locally and nationally including "Quilt Odyssey 2003", and "Missouri State Quilt Guild Show 2004".

Jane A. Sassaman is a quilt artist. She was awarded the "The Fairfield Master Award for Contemporary Artistry" at the International Quilt Festival in 1996. She also spends part of her time designing fabric for the quilt fabric manufacturer "FreeSpirit".

Barbara Olson is a quilt artist. She also conducts art quilting Workshops and lectures. Her quilts have appeared in publications and exhibits around the world.

Ionne McCauley is a quilt artist and quilting teacher living on Vancouver Island. She is a member of several fun quilting groups such as the Canadian Quilters' Association (CQA/ACC), APNQ (Association of Pacific Northwest Quilters) and AQS (American Quilters Society).

Sharon Pederson is a quiltmaker and quilting instructor since 1986. She doesn’t enter competitions as her focus is on teaching and her energies are spent working on ways to make quilting easier for students.
