Dancers

Wendy Buonaventura is a dancer. She is known for her innovative and beautiful performance work, combining text and dance. She has also written and presented programmes for BBC Radio.

Jim Boz is a dancer specializing in Middle Eastern dance. He has entertained audiences internationally with solo performances and also with h is dance troupe, "SandStorm". He was also the founding president of the "Middle Eastern Dance & Culture Associations, San Diego Chapter.

Claire Parsons is a dancer and choreographer. She has performed at "Dansens Hus" in Stockholm, "The German State Ballet", "Eurodanse Festival" in France, and "The Edge Festival" in the United States. She has choreographed opera and theatre pieces as well as dance pieces.

Laura Shannon is a dancer. She has been researching and teaching traditional folk dances for many years. She specializes in Armenian, Greek, Balkan, and Romani dances, as well as women’s dances, ritual dances and three-measure dances.

Sabrina Parshall is a dancer. She has studied Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern, Tap, and Middle Eastern dance. She has performed as a soloist at many restaurants and stage shows in the New Orleans area.

Sabrina McKenzie is a dancer. She has danced with the "Springfield Academy", "Wings of Faith dance team" and "Born Again Dance Ministry". She is currently the Director of the "Dancing Preachers International Conference".

Doug Silton is a dancer. He is a three-time American Lindy Hop Champion and has been teaching, competing, and performing internationally since 1999. He is also the co-founder of "LindyGroove" in Pasadena, currently the nation's largest weekly Lindy Hop dance venue.

Elizabeth Strong is a dancer. She began studying and performing Middle Eastern dance in 1996 at the age of 18. Elizabeth currently makes her living performing and teaching dance throughout the United States.
