Susan Khalje is a sewing designer. She established the Couture Sewing School in 1993, where she teaches couture sewing techniques throughout the United States. She has written for publications such as "Sew News", "Vogue Patterns Magazine", and THREADS Magazine.

Sarah Veblen is a fashion designer with a home-based business in the Baltimore metropolitan area. She is also a founding member of the Baltimore Chapter of the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers.

Alvin Valley is a New York fashion designer. He established his boutique in Miami in 1995. His clients include celebrities such as Kate Winslet, Penelope Cruz and Jennifer Lopez.

Elizabeth Foster is a needlework designer. She likes to design anything that has to do with nature and gardens. In 1991, she started Counted Illuminations with her mother, Patricia Andrle to sell her mother's needlework designs. She took over the designing work after her mother retired.

Michelle DeCourcy is a finance excutive-turned-fashion designer. Her dress was worn by Norah Jones to the 2003 Grammy Awards. In 2004, Michelle opened her first flagship store in her hometown Portland, Oregon - which is now a fashion mainstay in Portland’s trendy NW fashion district.

Paul Smith is a British fashion designer. He showed his first menswear collection in Paris under the Paul Smith label in 1976. Today, Paul Smith shops are found in London, Nottingham, Paris, Milan, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, the Philippines, Korea, Kuwait, U.A.E. – and over two hundred throughout Japan.

Alexander McQueen is one of the most famous and respected international fashion designers in the world. He was named British designer of the Year four times in 1996, 1997, 2001 and 2003.

Hilary Radley is North America's premier outerwear designer. She has been honored with the Woolmark's prestigious Design Excellence Award for three times - was the recipient of both the Matinee Foundation Award for Excellence in design and the APDMQ Design Excellence Certificate.
