Linda Stephens is a judge for the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She served as the first woman President of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys from 2001 - 2002. Linda is married to Donald Stephens, also a judge.

Charles F. (Charlie) Baird has served as a Judge for fifteen years. He is also a frequent speaker on criminal justice topics across Texas and have written more than 1000 judicial opinions.

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. He is also a public speaker and his written articles have been published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Los Angeles Times, among others.

Edward M. Emmett is the Judge for Harris County. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the US Merchant Marine Academy, the Board of Advisors to the Academy’s Global Maritime and Transportation School, and the University of Houston College of Technology Board of Advisors.
