Cellists

Monica McIntyre is a cellist. She is also a vocalist, and lyricist. She has performed at numerous events throughout the country including The Black Women's Art Festival, and The Philadelphia Fringe Festival.

Alyssa Wright is a cellist and singer/songwriter. She has performed at various venues such as the Massey Hall, the Banff Centre for the Arts, Molson Amphitheatre, Second City Theatre and Harbourfront Centre. She has also appeared on the CBC, Global, City-TV and CTV.

Rufus Cappadocia is a cellist. He has worked with artists such as Aretha Franklin, Odetta, Cheick Tidiane Seck, and Vernon Reid. He plays a wide genre of music including Middle Eastern, West African, blues, rock and jazz.

Okkyung Lee is a cellist. She has performed and recorded with numerous artists such as Laurie Anderson, Derek Bailey, Steve Beresford, Chris Corsano, Mark Dresser, and Miya Masaoka, among others. Her performances have also been featured in the many US and international festivals.

Wendy Weatherby is a cellist, singer and composer. She has played and sung at festivals throughout the UK, Europe, the USA and the former Soviet Union. She has also hosted many workshops in both cello and singing.

Wendy Waldock is a cellist based in Stafford. She has held solo performances for functions like the "Inner Wheel Club Ladies Luncheon", "Rotarian Brunch Party in Brocton", and "Wedding Reception in Woore", among others. She also plays in several chamber groups, including "The Chiarina Trio".

Wendy Sutter is a cellist. She has worked with composers such as Don Byron, John Cage, Elliot Carter, Meredith Monk and Tan Dun. She made her solo debut with the "Seattle Symphony" at age sixteen.

Wendy Law is a cellist who has performed throughout America. She has also appeared as a soloist with renowned orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic and Boston Symphony.
