Drummers

Stanton Moore is a drummer. He has worked and collaborated with guitarist Jeff Raines, bassist Robert Mercurio, keyboardist Rich Vogel, and saxophonist Ben Ellman. He was also a contributing writer for Drum! magazine.

Roberto Gatto is a drummer and composer. He has worked as a sideman for numerous artists such as Dave Liebman, Phil Woods, Ronnie Cuber, and Michael Brecker. He has also composed music for films.

Rod Morgenstein is a drummer. He was a founding member of the group, "Dixie Dregs". He is a 5-time winner of the "Best Progressive Rock Drummer" award in "Modern Drummer Magazine’s Reader’s Poll" from 1986-1990.

Danny Gottlieb is a drummer. He is best known as the drummer in the original "Pat Metheny Group". He has also performed or recorded with Sting, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Branford Marsalis and Clark Terry, among others.

Gary Dates is a drummer. He has done gigs with artists such as Jeanie Bryson and Gordon James. He is currently freelancing and working with the Jose Loo Band.

Derico Watson is a drummer and percussionist. He has performed and or recorded with artists such as Victor Wooten, Felix Pastorius, Kirk Franklin, and Beverly Crawford. He currently plays and tours with the Victor Wooten Band.

Tom Giampietro is a drummer. He was a member of Jeff Coffin's jazz group the "Mu-tet". He has also appeared as a clinician or adjudicator at The University of Iowa, The University of Georgia, and Belmont College.

Jeff Sipe is a drummer. He has worked with musicians like Bryon Lopes, Neil Fountain, Chief Jim Billy, Jonathan Townes and John Medeski. He has also taught at the Atlanta Institute for Music.
