Poets

Rebecca Schumejda is a poet. Her poetry has appeared in many places and she has also co-edited a small press zine. She teaches writing & literature at an alternative high school and runs educational outreach programs at her local shelters as well.

Nathan Graziano is a poet and writer. His poetry, stories, non-fiction and reviews has been published by numerous print journals, zines and newspapers. He also teaches English at Pembroke Academy in Pembroke, New Hampshire.

William Taylor Jr. is a poet. His work has been published in the independent press and across the internet as well. He is also the author of several chapbooks.

Justin Barrett is a poet. He has published his work in the small press and online. He was also the editor of the poetry webzine "Remark".

Kim Rosen is a poet. She gives "Poetry Concerts" and workshops in collaboration with many gifted musicians. She has also led trainings, workshops and retreats in the U.S., Canada, South America and the United Kingdom.

Amiri Baraka is a poet. He has recited poetry and lectured on cultural and political issues in countries like the USA, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe. He is also the founder of the "Black Arts Movement" in Harlem in the 1960s.

Audrey Bohanan is a poet. Her poems have appeared in many journals, including the "Denver Quarterly", "Seneca Review", and "The Virginia Quarterly Review". She has taught at "The Johns Hopkins University" and is currently attached to "Champlain College".

Richard Jeffrey Newman is a poet, essayist and translator. His essays and poems have appeared in Salon.com, The American Voice, Birmingham Poetry Review and other literary journals. He is also a listed speaker with the "New York Council for the Humanities".

Patrick Friesen is a poet. His book, "A Broken Bowl", was a finalist for the "1997 Governor-General's Award". He has also has written several stage and radio plays.

Sabrina Orah Mark is a poet and author. Her poems have appeared in "American Poet", "Denver Quarterly", "The Indiana Review", and other journals. Her first book of poems, "The Babies", won the "2004 Saturnalia Books Poetry Prize".
